That is how long Brian has been a part of the Mighty Air Techs family. 💙

Two years ago, Brian became our very first employee. Back then, Mighty Air Techs was still in its early stages, and Brian was just getting started in the HVAC industry with no prior experience. What he did have was a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Over the last two years, we have had the privilege of watching him grow from someone completely new to the trade into a technician who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about our customers.

If you know Brian, then you know he is always willing to jump in and help, whether that means crawling through a hot attic, staying late to get a job finished, or doing whatever is needed to take care of the customer and support the team.

As business owners, one of the most rewarding parts of what we do is watching people grow, and Brian has been a huge part of our journey. He has helped us through countless installs, service calls, and long days, and we truly would not be where we are today without him.

Brian, thank you for taking a chance on a small company that was just getting started and for growing alongside us these past two years. We appreciate your hard work, your loyalty, and everything you do for Mighty Air Techs.

We are always talking about taking care of our customers and our team. But there is another group of people who play a huge role in helping us do what we do every day… our supply houses. 💙

This week, we wanted to show a little appreciation to the teams at Johnstone Supply, Service Supply, and Insco Distributing, Inc.

These are the people working behind the scenes making sure we have the equipment, parts, and materials we need to keep our customers comfortable. When we need something quickly, they are there. When we have questions, they help find answers. They are a big part of helping us provide the level of service our customers have come to expect.

As a small thank you, we stopped by with pizza and a few goodies for their teams. It is a small gesture compared to everything they do, but we wanted them to know how much we appreciate their hard work and support.

Our industry takes a lot of teamwork. From the technicians in the field to the people behind the counters, everyone plays a role in taking care of our community.

Thank you to Johnstone Supply, Service Supply, and Insco for everything you do. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to continuing to grow together. 🍕💪🏽

One thing that has always been funny to us in the contractor world is the idea that contractors do not get along with each other.

For us, it has been the complete opposite.

We are always thankful for the opportunity to help organizations that do so much for our community. Keeping spaces like this comfortable and running properly is important, especially for the hardworking people serving meals to others every single day.

Today feels a little different.

As business owners, we spend a lot of time talking about hard work, sacrifice, long hours, and building something for our family. But Memorial Day is a reminder that there are people who made sacrifices far greater than we could ever imagine.

Because of them, we get to wake up every day and chase our dreams. We get to build a business together. Raise our son. Support our team. Serve our community. Live freely.

And that is something we never want to take for granted.

Today at Mighty Air Techs, we are remembering and honoring the men and women who gave their lives for this country and for families like ours.

A few weeks ago we announced Francisco and his family as the winners of our grand $2000 giveaway 💙

This week, we were honored to complete the installation of their new HVAC system, and the $2000 giveaway credit was able to go directly toward helping make that happen.

Moments like this are exactly why we love giving back to our community. As a family owned business, we know how important it is to have a comfortable home, especially going into the Texas summer heat.

This Mother’s Day, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the women behind the hardworking men we are proud to stand beside every day 💙

To the mothers who raised them to work hard, show respect, stay honest, and take pride in what they do… thank you.

The men on our team did not become the people they are on their own. Their work ethic, character, and heart all started at home with mothers who sacrificed, encouraged, supported, and believed in them long before anyone else did.

As business owners, we are incredibly grateful for the team we have at Mighty Air Techs, and we know a big part of that comes from the strong women who helped shape them into the men they are today.

So today we celebrate all the moms out there. Thank you for the love, lessons, strength, and support you pour into your families every single day.

Every year Matthew and I take time to sit down and really talk through our goals. What we want for our business, what we want for our family, and what we truly believe we can accomplish if we stay focused and continue doing things the right way.

One of the biggest goals we had from the very beginning was to be part of a Parade of Homes house within our first five years in business. To us, that was always a huge milestone and a sign that the relationships, trust, and hard work were paying off.

Well… not only did that goal become reality, but it became even bigger than we imagined 💙

We are incredibly proud to share that Mighty Air Techs is officially part of TWO homes in the 2026 Parade of Homes!

A huge thank you to Cody Busa with Busa Homes, along with Matt Lively with Denison Custom Homes, Inc., for trusting us to be part of these beautiful projects.

Being involved in homes like these means so much to us because it reflects the trust local builders have in our team and our work. We never take that lightly.
