My Story

Having the right REALTOR means having an agent that is committed to helping you buy a home or sell your house with the highest level of expertise. It also means that they will help you understand each step in the process. I am committed to doing these things for all of my clients. Nothing is more gratifying to me than knowing I was able to help people meet their real estate goals.

I am a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and I adhere to strict Code of Ethics. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Both my parents were born in Puerto Rico so I am an original NuroRican~!

Growing up in Brooklyn was wonderful! Brooklyn is very diversified and made up of many different ethnic groups, therefore I was exposed to different cultures for example there is the Jewish, Italian, Hispanic, African American, Asian and Russian neighborhoods that each have their own unique customs and GREAT food! Consequently, it helped me to not only have an appreciation for diversity but a respect for different customs, cultures and religions.

I did not start out looking for a career in real estate, but real estate came looking for me! I began as a receptionist in a real estate office. The Broker and the agents would encourage me to get my real estate license. I didn’t think this career was for me but I gave it a try and I am grateful I did as I have not looked back ever since. That was many years ago!

I moved to California in the year 2000 to be closer to my family. It has been an adjustment and at first a culture shock but I have adjusted and especially love the weather!

I sold New Homes for 5 years until the market turned upside down. I re-invented myself and helped many distressed home owners through the process of short sale.

I am happy to see the market flourishing and becoming stabilized once again. Most of my business is referral based and I look forward to helping as many people as I can in achieving their Dream! Feel free to contact me with any and all questions.
