Twaneshia Brown Roberts is a dedicated social worker with a heart for serving individuals and families during some of life’s most meaningful and vulnerable moments. A graduate of Swainsboro High School, Class of 2017, Twaneshia went on to earn her Bachelor of Social Work from Savannah State University. She brings 10 years of combined experience in family and children services, including her work with DFCS and the Action Pact Head Start Program.

Twaneshia was drawn to hospice care because she wanted more than just a job—she wanted purpose, stability, growth, and the opportunity to be part of a team where she could contribute in a meaningful way. She believes deeply in treating every patient with dignity, compassion, patience, and respect.

Her philosophy of care is simple but powerful: treat every patient like they matter—because they do. Twaneshia understands that people remember how they are made to feel, especially during their most vulnerable moments. She strives to ensure that every patient feels safe, respected, valued, and genuinely cared for.

For Twaneshia, hospice care is more than a responsibility; it is a calling to serve people when they need it most. What she values most about her work is the ability to provide comfort, compassion, and dignity to patients and families, helping make their experience a little more peaceful and meaningful.
