Talent Up Fairfax Career Fair

This event aims to introduce Fairfax County residents to local Fairfax County businesses through Talent Up Fairfax temporary-to-permanent positions and paid internship opportunities. Positions are 30+ hours per week in industries such as IT, Admin, Healthcare, Finance, Sales, and more!

*Parking for the event has been assigned in the following lots for both employers and candidates:

There will be a follow up virtual interview day for candidates who are selected by employers at the event to move forward.



This event is designed to match candidates who are eligible to participate in Talent Up Fairfax work placements with Talent Up Fairfax participating employers. Haven't heard of Talent Up yet? That's ok!

Eligibility for Candidates:

Be 18 years or older.
Be eligible to work in U.S.
Primary residence in Fairfax County
You or your household experienced career or financial challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic in some way (for example: reduced hours, furlough, layoff, forced career change, time off to support family, childcare issues, unemployment, or another impact).


Eligibility for Employers:

Operating BPOL in Fairfax County
Must have openings to hire for W-2 positions within the company
