We had a great time last night with perfect pairings Restorante italiano! A special thanks to Maddie for bringing in a roasted tomato focaccia! Check out the things she makes on Vienna foodies facebook! It was a great paring with the meatballs we made! So last nights menu was crepes stuffed with mushrooms and ricotta, polpetti simmered in salsa pomodoro with whipped ricotta, chicken Marsala with lentil ragu with bacon and sausage and green beans and the dessert Nonna’s torta Della nonna! A very special night and thank you to all that came and our amazing volunteer assistants!

Finally getting around to post wine tasting Wednesday what a way to start the day! Great tasting wines from Cindy with Virginia Imports! Wine is alway good no matter the time of day or night!
