Spring was in the air this weekend at our Dynamo Spring Soirée!
We brought together our team to celebrate, connect, and enjoy a well-deserved evening outside of the day-to-day. From great conversations to even better company, it was a reminder that what makes Dynamo special isn’t just the work we do—it’s the people behind it.
Grateful for moments like these and the community we’re continuing to build together.

Federal spaces are a lot like an episode of Chopped: you’re handed a donut, four slices of bologna, a green apple, and some mystery mandarin soda—and then expected to create a 3-Michelin-star meal. Limited resources. Other people’s technical debt. A small team. Big challenge. Big creativity.

Today we remember our co-founder, Vick.
Anyone who knew him knows he did not enter a room quietly (serious volume control issues). He brought energy, big ideas, strong opinions, and an even bigger heart. He believed in building something meaningful and in enjoying the ride while doing it. Wins were meant to be celebrated. People were meant to be appreciated. Life was meant to be lived fully.
