"The member wanted to give Nicole kudos for doing an outstanding job today. The member has been away from BlueCare for a while and has come back to use our services. She stated that Nicole was very knowledgeable and thorough with the information the member needed to "get up to speed" with changes that took place since she last used Verida. Nicole assisted the member with professionalism and kindness. The Member is very thankful for the amazing service she received. The member would also like to give Kudos to the entire Verida team.
