Here's an interesting case. I wonder if you can figure out what caused this problem.

We saw some really cool old stuff in the house we inspected Saturday. It was quite the time capsule.

When we make suggestions for a project it's based off experience. We recommended a skylight for the addition, but the homeowner didn't see what we did. Once the addition was built the need for a skylight became very apparent. This is why we talk about trust so much.
