A former Uber and Google executive has been indicted on accusations of stealing self-driving car tech For years, 29-year-old Levandowski has been at the center of a fight between Uber and Google over alleged theft of trade secrets.

We are dealing with this issue in an appeal on behalf of a client who has developed important and extremely useful processes in the area of clinical research studies.

The many conflicting case precedents result in confusion in the law, lack of settled expectations on behalf of earnest inventors, and unclear guidance /cherry picking of case cites by the USPTO and the Examining Corps, who are hopefully doing the best they can as well.

Congress needs to fix this mess but I have not seen any signs that Congress these days can tackle and solve ANY needed major legislative tasks.
