Parents/Guardians, please enroll your kindergarteners as soon as possible so their screenings can be completed to ensure their teachers are assigned by Kindergarten Orientation.

To enroll, please come by HLH's main office Monday - Thursday from 8:00 am until 4 pm and bring the following information:
1. your child's birth certificate;
2. your child's immunization record;
3. your child's Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form (parent's and doctor's sections must be completed); and
4. proof of residence (mortgage statement, lease, or property tax bill - must show the parent's name on the chosen documentation).
