Early morning walk for our anniversary with someone who’s not a morning person ha. Me, I am energized upon waking. I’ve now walked with her over 40+ years. Rare feat these days. 😁😍

Eat food as medicine now or eat medicine as food later. Life’s little choices.

50+ years ago people got almost 50% of their food from their yard. Grass lawns originated with elite showing they didn’t have to grow their own. Now almost 100% food is connected to corp & govt t***s. What could possibly go wrong?
