Big Mike’s Smokehouse reached out after getting burned.

They had already paid someone to redo their site and it just… never got finished. So they were left with an old site that didn’t match what they’re actually building.

When we talked, it wasn’t about “needing a new website.” It was more like—what are you guys really trying to do here?

We spent some time getting into that.

Not surface level stuff, but why the site wasn’t working… what people should feel when they land on it… what would actually make someone stick around or come back.

That started shaping everything.

We built it around the things that matter—getting their food in front of people the right way, making their catering easy to find, bringing their merch into it, and setting things up for the subscription box they’ve been wanting to do.

Also cleaned up the logo so it all felt like one thing instead of pieces.

Got it all live in about two weeks.

Mike and his team are offering a completely different experience now.

Glad they trusted me with it after a rough start.
