My daughter’s First Holy Communion cake! 🥰❤️ It was homemade Funfetti cake with three different fillings: Nutella, Oreo buttercream, and strawberry jam!

📣 BIG NEWS: MLC Bakery is closing. I've learned to adapt to life's circumstances, pivot when needed, and be brave in taking leaps of faith when opportunities present themselves. A position opened unexpectedly that will be a blessing to both me personally and to our family, so I accepted the job. Human emotion is complicated; I am filled with excitement for this new chapter, but also my heart is heavy that my time making cakes is ending. Mostly, I am very proud of the delicious works of art I created over the past three years. Thank you for joining me on this journey! I hope sharing my pretty cakes has brought joy. 🍰❤️
Logistics: I cannot take on any new orders and I understand some of you will be disappointed. I still have a cake here and there over the next few months and there are some wedding cakes from 2022 I haven't posted yet... I'm dying to share them with you! 😍 I will keep my MLC Bakery FB/IG pages up, so my sugar sisters can always refer back if a cake inspired them. My MLC email and website just (!) renewed 😂, so they will be up for another year.
