What do Tier 1 Navy SEALs and police officers have in common?

Our Director of Operations, , a retired Tier 1 SEAL, answers trom experience.

Different uniforms. Same heart for the community.

Worcester Police Department (Official) is committed to their community. And we are committed to Worcester PD.

This week, our instructors are back training a new round of SWAT and patrol officers.

When a critical incident unfolds, preparation is everything.

These officers are receiving that preparation right now.

Most people never think about whether their local officers are trained for an active shooter situation.

And most of the time, that's fine. Until it isn't.

Until it's your kids' school. Your grocery store. Your place of work.

The officers who show up in that moment either have the skills to handle it, or they don't.

We exist to make sure they do. But we need your help to keep that work going.
Don't wait until it's personal to care.

Training saves lives.

That's why our mission is essential.

Every critical incident is a reminder that training can never be just a "nice to have."

When a community faces its worst moment, its officers need to be ready.

That level of readiness does not happen without your support.

Every donation, NO MATTER THE SIZE, moves us closer to bringing safer communities nationwide.

If you're able, please consider donating today.

28 years. 13 deployments.
Several awards with valor.
One legendary Navy SEAL.

Meet our new Executive Director, Master Chief Special Warfare Operator (SEAL)
Froylan Delarosa.

Froy dedicated nearly three decades to serving this country at the highest level.

After retiring in 2025, he chose to keep serving. He now brings that same elite standard to the work we do every day at Community First Project.

His mission is not over. It just looks different now.

Drop a comment below to welcome Froy to the team!

Throwback Thursday to race day!

Watching our Community First logo fly around the track with Jeremy Clements Racing behind the wheel was a moment we will never forget.

We are beyond grateful to Jeremy and his entire team for giving us the opportunity to be part of something this incredible.

Having our logo on that car, representing this community at full speed, that is something we will be talking about for a long time.

Training Tip Tuesday:

Room clearing starts at the threshold.

Your setup at the doorway determines everything that happens next. Get it right before you breach.
