How is this supposed to solve the problem? Sounds to me, like they’re avoiding it. So, what are they doing with the millions of dollars they get every year to address this problem? And everyone wonders why Donald Trump is defunding everything. I’m glad, because the money is obviously being mismanaged, and everyone in charge is obviously to inconvenienced to actually problem solve. This is why I intend to take over the city. These city officials are unqualified to do the job they were obviously just placed in with no skill.
