WHAT’S NEW AT HALLSTEAD? You can see in December’s progress video on The Apartments at Hallstead Reserve on Pruden Boulevard Suffolk that buildings 9000 and 4000 are complete, building 5000 is 75% complete, building 6000 is 50% complete, building 8000 is topping out and building 7000 has gone vertical.

NEW PROJECT – Waterman Family Dentistry - We were selected to provide design-build services by Dr. Waterman for her new space in Virginia Beach. It’s been such a pleasure working with her to develop the floor plan and select the interior finishes. Demo started at the beginning of November, and we have begun trenching on this total gut and rebuild. Looking good Core 22 team members Ed, Matt and David.
