Long story short, I had the absolute privilege to help this awesome guy purchase a home from an undisclosed location out of the country while serving for our military. We did it all by FaceTime and the help of his sweet girlfriend. We closed before he was able to get home, so to my surprise, he popped up at my client appreciation event, and I finally got to meet him in person. It was a great surprise! 🙌✨️🏡

The Virginia Beach Clean Community Commission (VBCCC) and the Virginia Beach Education Foundation (VBEF) are teaming up for a fun, eco-friendly way to refresh your wardrobe and give your gently used clothes a second life! 💚

✨ Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Drop off your clean, gently used, or new clothing
📍 Cox, Kellam, Ocean Lakes, Princess Anne, or Tallwood High (7:00–3:30)
📍 LRNow – 3712 Holland Rd (9:00–5:00)
🚫 No undergarments, swimsuits, socks, or shoes
✅ All clothing sizes + clothing genders welcome!
