Member Spotlight: Andrea Tanner

Some members join a gym.

Others help build its foundation.

Andrea has been part of the Stability family since 2013, and for more than a decade she’s shown what consistency really looks like…not perfection, not PRs every day, but continuing to show up through life’s busy seasons, injuries, challenges, and victories.

Originally from Rome, NY and working as a Controller/CPA, Andrea has always brought the same steady, dependable presence to our community that she brings to everything she does.

When asked what she loves most about Stability, her answer wasn’t about workouts. It was about the friendships she’s built and the coaches who have helped keep her moving, adapting, and progressing along the way.

Her advice to new members says it all:

“It’s more than just a place to work out. The members and coaches support each other, show up for one another, and make it fun to come back.”

We’re grateful for the example Andrea has set over the years and for the positivity, consistency, and friendship she brings to our community.

From Penfield, NY (just outside Rochester), Kevin has been part of the Stability family for over 13 years—and that kind of consistency says everything. 💪

After a successful career as EVP of Atlantic Dominion Distributors, he’s officially stepping into retirement this month… but still showing up and putting in the work like always.

What keeps him coming back?
➡️ The people. The coaches. The workouts. The community.

Kevin’s advice for anyone new (or even seasoned):
“Show up and put the effort in.” Simple. Effective. True.

🏈 He played football through college and has a seriously impressive NFL helmet collection—signed by Hall of Famers he’s actually golfed with.
