The Summer Solstice is next Sunday, June 21! Every season brings a different type of energy that we can choose to flow with or fight against. Going with the flow is SO much more fun! Summers represent JOY, FREEDOM, VITALITY, ADVENTURE, ABUNDANCE, ILLUMINATION & MANIFESTATION!

How will you make the most of this Summer's energy? I encourage you to make a seasonal vision board or a list of goals you would like to achieve over the next few months. It's so important to get really clear about what you WANT because that is the first step in consciously creating your own reality.

Hey there Beautiful People! I have been going through quite an upgrade with my intuitive abilities recently. That has been an unexpected bonus which came along with putting in a ton of HARD work the past six months, processing and releasing personal and generational trauma. As I've focused on clearing out suppressed emotions and negative energy from my mind, body and soul, my chakras have opened fully and amplified my psychic abilities. One of my strongest gifts is being able to connect with Higher Self energy. In addition to speaking to MY OWN Higher Self for guidance, I am able to see, feel and hear other people's Higher Selves also.
