🎆 Building Teamwork, Creating Healthy Habits! 🏃

This Fourth of July, members of the California Highway Patrol Visalia Area Explorer Post proudly participated in The Great American Race. The event provided an outstanding opportunity for our Explorers to strengthen teamwork, encourage one another, and promote healthy habits through physical fitness.

Experiences like these help develop leadership, discipline, and lasting friendships while reinforcing the values that make our Explorer Program successful.

A big thank you to everyone who supported this community event. We are proud of our Explorers for representing the CHP and the Visalia community with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Tire Safety Week is a great reminder to check the only part of your vehicle that actually touches the road.

Before you head out:
✔️ Check your tire pressure
✔️ Inspect tread depth
✔️ Look for signs of wear or damage
✔️ Don’t forget your spare

A few minutes of maintenance can help prevent blowouts, improve handling, and keep you and everyone else on the road safer.

Maximum Enforcement Period is in effect from 6:00 p.m. on 6/20 through 5:59 a.m. on 6/21. Drivers and passengers are reminded to always drive sober.
