As a professional in the health & fitness industry for over 20 years, serving you has been my passion and pleasure.
 
Our lease for this location runs every 5 years and after being here 10 years, we came to a point where we had to decide to either sign the lease for another 5 years, or not, and the next season of my life does not allow for another 5-year lease.
 
I will be continuing with my remote Nutritional Therapy practice where I specialize in helping women over 40 lose stubborn weight by balancing their hormones through nutrition and lab testing.
