🌮 Chickpea Taco Recipe
Goddess Sauce
½ cup roasted cashews
2½ cups cilantro
6 garlic cloves
2 cans green chiles
1 lemon (zest + juice)
¼ tsp kosher salt
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
Blend until smooth.
Spiced Chickpeas
2 cans chickpeas, drained
2 tsp olive oil
¾ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp taco seasoning
Squeeze of lime
Cook until warmed through, then warm your PACHA tortillas, assemble, top with shredded Rumiano cheese and goddess sauce, and enjoy!
