Upon joining our team as sales associate, you are responsible for delivery the best customer service, achieving individual sales goals, building lasting relationships with your clients around the world. Responsibilities
Actively seeking NEW business. Will be responsible to target key accounts, industries, and offering your expertise in product knowledge and desire to source their materials.
Plan and organize daily work schedule and call log to OEMs, CMs and relative businesses around the world. Multilingual is a benefit but not a necessity.
Grow existing accounts by obtaining large Gross Profit (GP) orders and branching out to all their locations. Utilizing active vendor status helps propel you to open new locations.
Maintaining sales call reports and updating the ERP / CRM database regarding calls, quotations and additional activity.
Identify opportunities relative to business and product knowledge. Qualifying requirements and opportunities.
Proven sales experience (two plus years sales experience). Strong self-starter, hustler and go-getter. Initiative and proven ability to meet and exceed personal sales goals. Strong phone presence and experience in outbound calling. Strong ability to develop and manage customer relationships via telephone, conference calls and at times, in person.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and presentation skills.
Organization, multi-task, prioritize and time management. Computer proficiency. Solution selling.
