Wooohooo! My client has handed over the keys on this one! On to the next chapter! The real estate market can best be described at this point as “all over the place!” Houses are taking longer to sell and buyers are really taking their time when shopping for homes. Alright, friends, I'm officially adding a new title to my job responsibilities.

Professional Child Taxi Service 🚗. Seriously, between the camps, practices, and all the "Mom, can you take me..." requests, my days are starting to look a lot like a rideshare route map.

The funny thing is, real estate and motherhood have a lot in common, and thanks to my busy real estate schedule I've become really good at problem solving, flexibility, patience, and the ability to pivot at a moment's notice.

Answering calls from the carpool line, sending emails between drop-offs, and showing homes while coordinating kid schedules is just another day for me. Just know I'm doing what so many working parents do this time of year: make it work.

And while my passengers may not tip, they do occasionally say "thanks," which is worth even more. ❤️
