We are so thankful to the City of Waco and their campaign for featuring The Findery and The Boiler Room! We love sharing the story of our owner's dream and of the incredible history of our buildingsโespecially our beer and wine bar, The Boiler Room. This 1900โs inspired bar is where the actual boilers were housed in the making of Percy Medicine, our buildingโs original occupant. Garnacha (otherwise known as Grenache) is well known as an important grape in the Southern Rhรดne Valley. Itโs original home is Spain, but has had much success in Texas in recent years! ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ฒ๐๐ซ๐โ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐๐ก๐ is a beautiful medium ruby with a nose of strawberry, plumb, raspberry and just a hint of barrel influence. The tannin is very fine, but offering balanced structure to the fruit flavors & alcohol (13%). This wine is so fresh and lively that it makes for a perfect summer red! Come by grab a bottle for dinner tonight!
