A peak inside our 18x55+ breezeway build! Just completed, hope to bring you more of this one in the near future!

We are very excited to show this completed residential project in Houston. The first of this build type for us. It has a main kitchen/living module at 18x30 + a 16x22 master bedroom suite + a 16x20 guest bedroom suite connected by a breezeway, for a total of 1212 sqft.

This was a shell project for us and our client, Kathleen, did a fabulous job finishing this one out! We will have a more in depth video tour of this one in the near future!

More from our 3x 18x40 Cottage project now that we’ve wrapped it up. We can’t wait to take you on a full tour once our clients get settled in! We loved working on this project and so happy to provide the structures for a special place where many family memories will be made!
