My newest workshop (it's free, though donations are so very accepted!) seeks to hold space for us to notice the things that need to go, so that we can create space for the things that wish to be born in and through us, to do just that! It will be held on the free app (which is an amazing meditation app, btw!).⁣⁣⠀

1️⃣ You get to select whether you want a yoga session, life coaching session, or a mix of both. These are offered on a 1:1 basis or small group (limited to 5 people), in Waco, Texas, USA, or virtually. We will work together to schedule the best day/time for both of us.⁣⁣⠀

2️⃣ You can totally pay what you want for these, as that is the offer, but please consider that I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, which is sort of like a master's degree in yoga world, so I have invested a lot into my ability to teach yoga. Please do not attempt to take advantage of me or my offer, because Mama Bear will come out if needed. Ok, that's all imma say about that 😉⁣⁣⠀

3️⃣ I can receive your payments online with credit/debit card, or through PayPal, or by cash if in person. ⁣⁣⠀

My beloved doggo, Joy, who went through grad school and all my yoga teacher trainings with me, has been very sick. I have been very worried and super clingy for a few weeks now. Total helicopter parent.⁣⁣⠀

Thankfully, today she is hospitalized at the vet to get some IV fluids and meds so that hopefully she can kick this in the can and thrive again! Gosh I sure hope so.⁣⁣⠀
