Dichotomy Coffee

Today is Anna's last shift. 🤍

If you've been coming to Dichotomy for a while, chances are Anna has made your coffee, remembered your order, recommended a drink, or had a hand in creating one of your favorites.

For years, she's helped shape what coffee looks and tastes like in downtown Waco. Many of our seasonal drinks started as her ideas, and her creativity, care, and attention to detail have left a mark on this shop that will stick around long after today.

In true Anna fashion, she even brought back ingredients for a few of her favorite creations for one last shift. If you've ever had a seasonal drink and thought, "they need to keep this one forever," there's a good chance she had something to do with it. (And it might be on the menu today until noon! 👀)

We'll miss her deeply, but we're incredibly grateful for everything she's poured into this place and the people who walk through its doors.
