-March is wrapping up and Q1 is officially in the books… and let me tell you—the Spring Market is NOT playing 🌸🏡

This past week alone, I had the honor of helping two families close on their homes (cue the happy tears and champagne 🥂). One is stepping into their very first home—hello, new beginnings! The other? Their last home… and let’s just say it involves a fixer-upper and some BIG HGTV-worthy plans. I cannot wait to watch that transformation unfold!

On the seller side, I listed a super cute Wake Forest ranch. It hit the market and was under contract in just days (because yes…these sellers followed my advice and did everything I asked of them. Preparation is key - especially with pets 🐶 ). And we’re just getting started—I've got a downtown Raleigh listing coming in the near future (stay tuned!) and another one near Wegmans in Wake Forest right behind it.

Moral of the story: the Spring Market is in full bloom, buyers are buying, sellers are selling, and I am here for ALL of it—negotiating, navigating, and maybe occasionally stress-snacking 🍪 along the way.

If you’re wondering why it’s been quiet over here… 👀

It usually means one of a few things:

1️⃣ I’m WAY too busy helping clients to stop and post.
2️⃣ I’ve got a camera roll full of cool real estate content that just hasn’t made it online yet.
3️⃣ I’m on vacation — which means palm trees, ocean views, fun drinks, and BIG smiles.
