"Trust us, it's coming" is how projects fall apart.

❓Is the team in-house, or subcontracted out?

The people you're talking to should be the people writing your code.

❓If we add AI, how do you decide it's worth building?

A good answer starts with your workflow, not the trendiest model.

The firms worth hiring will have answers ready.

The ones who dodge your questions just told you what you needed to know.
