Team CORE Elite – Saturday Grind

Every Saturday at 10 AM, our Elite Team is out there—rain or shine ☀️🌧️, heat or cold ❄️🔥—building strength, speed, and endurance. 13 dedicated fighters 🥋💥 putting in the extra work to push their limits and grow. After this hour of outdoor training, they go straight into two more hours of nonstop sparring drills—three hours of focused, high-level work 🥊⏳.
