As promised, here is our example of a finished door hanger. We could not be happier with the final product! Let Chipper Goolds build a custom door hanger DIY kit for your home for $20.

The DIY kit will include a 15 3/4” wooden round with line details, and your custom wooden phrase (florals, ribbon, and paint not included) to decorate as you please! We also sell the wooden rounds without the line details in 14 1/2” and 15 3/4”.

The phrase can be customized to your preference: “Welcome”, “Hi”, or even your name/monogram!

Took the plunge and created my first project with fusion360 today. Definitely not as hard as I thought it would be. Since I didn’t have a large radius bowl bit, I used a 3D contouring tool path to create the bottom radius with a 1/4” ballnose endmill. I could have cleaned the bottom of the tray up with a flat endmill, but I like the look of the tool paths with the ballnose.

Goold additive manufacturing is now adding small scale cnc milling to our resume. If anyone is interested in purchasing one of these name puzzles, custom wooden coasters, or anything else that you need help making, PM me and we can discuss your project!
