SAVE THE DATE! If your child struggles to cope with BIG emotions, this is the perfect group for increasing emotional intelligence! Our Emotions Lab group will focus on accurately identifying emotions (Name it to tame it!) as well as strategies for regulating those big feelings. This is a 6-week group PACKED with helpful and practical skills. We are offering this group for older elementary (3rd-5th grade). Groups will meet every Thursday (girls at 5 pm, boys at 6:15) at our Denham Springs location beginning in March. You can reach out to [email protected] to add your kiddo to the list. Kaleigh specializes in kiddos and adolescents and she is the BEST at engaging clients with creative interventions. She’ll be running groups ALL YEAR LONG for kids and teens so keep your eyes out for the details!
