Kearny Police Department called Hunter Technologies with concerns they had about a planned power outage on Saturday. Here's what Detective Thomas Sumowski had to say:

“We needed to cut power to a municipal building that houses critical telephone network equipment while electricians installed a large backup generator system. I was concerned about the potential impact to telephone service at our police and fire emergency dispatch centers so I called Hunter Support for advice. They immediately dispatched a technician in a Hunter Technologies support truck complete with emergency generators. The technician arrived before the project began and remained on site until after it was complete insuring that our telephone equipment did not lose power for even a second. Hunter understands our needs and is clearly up to the task of providing reliable telecommunication services to the public safety sector. We look forward to a long relationship with Hunter Technologies.”

After returning to work all employees were given sneakers to run away from the coronavirus. 🏃🏃‍♀️🖤💛
