Here's a bedroom/closet/bathroom we recently completed. The bathroom included a custom tile shower with bench.

Back in October, 2020, we worked with the Walla Walla Alliance for the Homeless, and built five "Conestoga Huts" and installed them at their homeless shelter. We built the main components at our office location and transferred the sections to the shelter where they were completed. One funny side note - a neighbor asked what we were building. When one of my guys told her, the City was called and we were reported for building a homeless camp on our property. The City inspector and I had a good laugh. 🤣

We just finished converting two closets into a long, narrow bathroom. It turned into a much better use of space!

We are certainly in the midst of uncertain economic times. Prices seem destined to keep climbing amidst all these tariff wars. With that in mind, Settle In Construction and Plumbing would like to announce that we are discounting all plumbing services by 22% through the end of May of this year. This includes all residential and commercial installations and repairs.

We recently installed an ADA compatible wheelchair ramp to allow better access to a sound recording booth in Hunter Conservatory on the Whitman College campus.

What happens when your 145 year old ceiling starts to give way? In the case of the Kirkman House Museum, we replaced it. The original ceiling and crown molding were plaster. New trim and a fully skim-coated ceiling, and it's good as new!
