Does that make you feel uneasy because holiday spending stresses you out?

When I work with clients on their budgets, we come up with a list of expenses that happen only once a year but can be tough to cash flow in the month they happen. I recommend coming up with a holiday budget and then dividing by the number of months until the holidays. The monthly amount is budgeted for and moved into savings so when it comes time to shop for gifts, the money is already there.
