Ok so since this a 'Scaling' FB Ads group, here is how I scale fastest.
Context:
I run a Blog and have a shopify store which hosts my training products. I host my video-training-courses on a website called coachtube.com and I sell my ebooks direct from my Shopify store.
I split test between sending traffic to;
1. Shopify store
2. Free offer via clickfunnels
3. direct to coachtube
sending traffic to 1 & 2 works very well, but direct to coachtube not-so-much.
So here is my BEST strategy thus far...
*Test this method in a foreign (cheap) market 1st, so that you have room for error (practice)
**Test this method with your WARM audience first = people who have already interacted with you = post/page engagement, Video Views, Pixel Traffic

The Rule here is WAIT until 8 Completed Registrations (if via clickfunnels) OR 8 Add to Carts (if via shopify)
The reason for 8?
8/day *7days in a week = 56 conversions/week = optimized.
Facebook Tells us that 50/week is the minimum, which means 7conversions a day (49/week) would NOT suffice for Algorithm Optimization.

After the 8-conversions have been achieved/day,
simply DUPLICATE the adset,
change it to CONVERSIONS and
then set a MANUAL BID @ the Cost-Per-Conversion you had from Ad1.
Example:
Ad #1 - Spent $15 as Post Engagement
Ad #1 - achieved 20 Completed Registrations
DUPLICATE the Adset,
Change to Conversions (Completed Registrations)
set a MANUAL bid (of your choosing, I suggest 5x+ Ad1)
set the BID @ Cost-Per-Completed Registration from Ad #1
$15/20 = 0.75c per CR
So AD #2 = Conversions Manual Bid, $75 [email protected] Bid
***If the Manual Bid ad doesn't run, wait 1hr and raise the budget every hour until the ad begins to run (reach & spend your budget)
REVIEW:
AD #1 = Post Engagement (wait for 8+ conversions)
AD #2 = Conversion - Manual Bid -Per-Conversion
