Waltham is undertaking a zoning review process that could have major implications for making housing more affordable in the city. Community Scale, the consultant writing the proposed updates, released some draft changes a few months ago for the city’s review.
So far, these changes advance several of WIN’s priorities. Here’s a breakdown of some of the changes.
