We, in fact, do cry over spilled milk!
However, the dogs and cats were not the least bit upset by it.

Mark got himself a new toy and was more eager than ever to help me cut a new garden bed. Can you guess what will be planted here?!

One of the most common questions I get is, "How do you cook rabbit?" or "Rabbit seems too hard to cook."

Honestly, I think rabbits have gotten a bit of a bad rap. Because it's not something most people grew up eating, it can seem fancy or intimidating, but trust me, it's one of the easiest meats to prepare!

Today's lunch was simple and delicious. We thawed a couple of deboned rabbit loins, seasoned both sides with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder, then gave them a quick sear in a skillet. After that, they finished in a 350° oven until the internal temperature reached 165°.

That's it! Less than 30 minutes from start to finish, and we had a lean, flavorful meal on the table.

This seems like a fun project to work on! 80 degrees and 88% humidity. Today high will feel like 102° 🥵🥵🥵
