Cafe Soleil Wareham

Thank you Ann MacMillan Lepore for bringing to my attention the confusion you experienced when trying to be added to our Call Ahead List this past Saturday. I’m going to attempt to clarify our process in the hopes that others may avoid the same experience in the future.

Prior to implementing our Call Ahead Seating in April of 2019, I researched many of our national chain's formats, which is probably what most of us are familiar with when it comes to CAS. Red Lobster, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden, Longhorn, Outback, TGIF, etc. take CAS, but where most differ is how far in advance you can call to be placed on their list. Some allow same day calls, others allow just an hour ahead of arrival, some don't allow calls at all but mandate you add your name to their list in person. Outback even had differing policies based on which franchise location you visited, i.e. certain locations allowed you to call days in advance while others allowed only same day calls.

In an attempt to make the easiest process possible for our guests to dine at our tiny 13 table restaurant , I didn't impose any restrictions on how far in advance you can call, only that you call during regular business hours and speak to a staff member to be placed on the list. (We initially allowed messages to be left with our answering service).

Hopefully I have clarified our CAS process and am personally apologizing to all those that we may have led astray. Call Ahead Seating, Reservations, Waiting Lists, we don't care what you call it, just please call us, we'd love to have you visit!!!!

A huge THANK YOU to Frank Mulligan and the Wareham Courier for the awesome article featuring our very own Cafe Soleil! We are open normal business hours Wednesday thru Saturday 4:30 pm to Closing. Take out can be ordered by calling my cell phone @ 508.364.0488 after 4:30pm. Please call back if I don't answer! We are currently accepting only Cash or Check payments while renegotiating with a new credit card processing company. Can't wait to see everyone!!! We miss miss miss you all !!!
