Finally made it to "The Mecca of Bodybuilding"...the original!
Also made it by Muscle Beach since I was already in the area.

First powerlifting competition at 46! I only made 5 out of 9 lifts...but still lifted a total of 1082 lbs! Next competition I'll be shooting for 1100 lbs plus all 9 lifts!
After my last PR, I focused on leg isolation exercises. Now I'll take another break and focus on grip and upper back.
Using the Mark Bell Slingshot for overloading before regular drop sets.
Not thrilled with my bench yet...just showing my progress.
