🤩Congratulations to Brette Ridings Callaway for being honored as the Region 8 Library Media Specialist of the Year at this year's Georgia Library Media Association's Summer Institute! Brette is the librarian at Pearl Stephens Elementary in Houston County School District and is an active member of Middle Georgia RESA's school librarian learning community. She is a leader in her school in engaging elementary readers and designing creative spaces for her students. She will represent her region as a state nominee for the Georgia Media Specialist of the Year...great job, Brette! 📚
