This spotlight isn’t just about appearance , it’s about alignment.

She is a mother, a survivor, and a trauma-informed personal trainer who believes mental health is just as important as physical strength. After choosing therapy and rebuilding her life, she now empowers women especially those over 40 to lift heavy, age strong, and never suffer in silence.

Her message:
“Don’t do it alone. You belong here.”
