We are offering exciting workshops; 'The Family Medical Leave Act' ($40.00), 'Rights & Roles of Union Represenatives'($40.00), 'Basic Grievance Handling'($75.00) and 'Current Trends: Michigan's PERA'($40.00).

Rights & Roles of Union Representatives Fee: $75.00
If you are thinking about taking on union responsibilities for the first time, this is a good start. This workshop will increase your confidence and sharpen your skills to help you preform your new role.

URW1 Saturday, 02/11/12, 9:30am – 12:00pm

Basic Grievance Handling Fee: $40.00

This Workshop is a must for union representatives and is a great source of information for those who would like to understand more about how grievances are processed.

BGH1 Saturday, 02/25/12, 9:00 am – 3:00pm

Current Trends: Michigan’s PERA Fee: $40.00

This workshop will review and discuss numerous changes to the laws regulating public sector unions and Employee-Employer relations in Michigan.

CTP1 Wednesday, 02/29/12, 6:30pm – 9:00pm

This workshop introduces union members and activists to the coverage
and applications of this important federal law. You will learn who is covered, when and under what conditions people can receive benefits and how to activate protection. Fee: $40.00
