Are you a young person (age 14-21) in the Warren area interested in a career in law enforcement? The Warren Police Explorers program is your chance to get hands-on experience, mentorship from Warren Police Officers, and an insider's look at what it takes to wear the badge.

What you'll do:

- Learn patrol procedures, traffic control, domestic violence, firearm safety, criminal and civil law.

- Participate in community events, competitions, academies and training exercises.

FUNDRAISER ALERT‼️

The explorers are hosting an E-bike raffle. All of the proceeds will benefit the Warren Police Explorers.

The tickets are $25 a ticket with only 300 tickets sold. The E-Bike is a Serfas Edart 750. (see specifications below).

The explorers practiced building searches this week to get ready for the state competition!

The Explorer Program allows youth to explore a future in law enforcement and to
gain skills to become a responsible, ethical, and community oriented adults. It also
reinforces fundamental principles such as good citizenship, morals, accountibility, and leadership.

The explorers meet on Wednesdays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm and Sundays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Warren Police Department. The police advisors give instructional and hands on classes on the day to day duties and responsibilities of a Police Officer.
