One of our core values is *Kaizen*—a Japanese term meaning continuous improvement—and this is a perfect example of how seriously we take that commitment.

Nathan, our shop manager, wasn’t satisfied with being “just” a Master Technician, even with his advanced L1 certification. He set his sights higher: becoming a World Class Technician—an elite designation held by only 2,375 technicians in the United States.

To put that in perspective, a Master Technician holds 8 certifications, while World Class Technicians must earn 22. Nathan is already well on his way, currently holding 13 certifications with just 9 more to go.

We’ll be rooting for Nate all year as he works toward achieving this rare certification by the end of 2026. At present, there are only 4 technicians in the entire Northeast with this distinction.
