Gyrokinesis at Spelman College Feb 2026! With Zahra

$This is just a fraction of my 30 minute self practice I did after @rham_fit session yesterday. We even have an appearance from Lily. My thoracic needed a little decompressing. I was a little sticky there in which I usually am. I have more forward curvature mobility and lateral release than extension. Notice I have to elevate my feet so I can stay grounded and stable on the bench to support my lumbar against my back rest.
