Its Monday right....Don't forget to nurture your own garden this week‼️
Allowing people to always pick from your garden can leave your garden bare. Nurturing your garden means that you have set boundaries you have given it the attention needed so that you can be whole.
During this work week set boundaries for people and things that cause stress. Establish a specific time where your phone is on Do not disturb, Establish days when you are ready for company, lay off doing favors or giving advice if you feel that you are already stressed.
Take control and set those boundaries UNAPOLOGETICALLY.
