Today, we’re celebrating the youngest members of the DevKit family ❤️

Behind every call, deadline, and project, there are people. And for many of us, there are also little dreamers, explorers, builders, and future innovators waiting at home.

This Children’s Day, we shared a few small gifts and received something much bigger in return: smiles, excitement, and these wonderful moments.

May their smiles stay bright, and their dreams reach even higher!

Happy Children’s Day to all the little ones who make our world brighter ✨

Today is International Burger Day 🍔

Originally, burgers became popular because they combined something simple and convenient with a structure that could scale fast, from small diners to global chains.

And honestly, software products work pretty much the same way.

From the outside, a product can look clean and simple.
But inside, everything depends on the quality of each layer: communication, engineering, AI integration, delivery processes, and business alignment.

So today we decided to turn our workflow into a Tech Burger and visualize what actually keeps strong product delivery together.

Because scalable products, just like good burgers, are built layer by layer.

Scaling across Europe sounds exciting… until teams start noticing something weird 👀

The product is growing.
The team is growing.
But releases somehow become slower and less predictable.

Usually the problem isn’t a lack of engineers.

It’s:
• fragmented processes
• async communication
• cross-market dependencies
• delivery systems that weren’t built for scale ⚙️

Our CPO, Vladyslav Solodovnychenko, shared a quick breakdown of what creates delivery friction during European scaling 📈

You hired strong engineers and set up processes.
So why are deadlines still missed?

Here are three real reasons we see across teams:

Your team is overloaded with tasks at once: bugs, new features, ongoing product work. Constant context switching slows everything down.
There’s no dedicated AI expertise. Building AI products requires a different skill set, and delivery always reveals that gap.
Team expansion happens too late. By the time new people are hired and onboarded, the opportunity is already lost.

In most cases, the team isn’t the problem. The structure is.
Companies that deliver on time aren’t necessarily bigger. They just have the right setup and the right people focused on the right things.

If shipping delays sound familiar, let’s talk about how to build a stable dev team faster.
