Last weekend, our Advancing Women’s Empowerment & Service (AWES) Fellows gathered with their Practitioner in Residence, Dr. Tahina M., in Old Town Alexandria for professional headshots with the incredibly talented Jaimee Freeman — the first-ever National Geographic Military SkillBridge Fellow!
The fellows then enjoyed dinner at Chart House, where Jaimee shared insights from her inspiring career journey and offered thoughtful advice.
As part of the AWES Fellowship, we focus not only on academic enrichment and leadership development, we also ensure our fellows are prepared for life beyond the classroom. That includes headshots, one-on-one résumé support, and exposure to leaders across industries who are breaking barriers and redefining service.
